In 2019, major wireless carriers announced they would shut down their 3G networks by the end of 2022 to build out 5G coverage. This impacted the majority of ADT’s customers – about 3.6 million of them – who relied on equipment that used 3G networks to communicate with our monitoring centers. It was a labor intensive, time sensitive task.     So how did we do it? We’re sharing with you the lessons we learned along the way and the extraordinary effort that changed ADT for the better. During every Miami Marlins' Tuesday home game this season, we proudly honor our "Hero of the Game," highlighting the selfless service of military members, police officers, and firefighters. On May 22nd, we celebrated retired Navy Chief Warrant Officer Dr. Anthony D. Atwood, Ph.D., who served aboard the USS Dixon, USS Conquest, and USS Bolster. On June 4th, we highlighted retired Air Force Colonel Paul Conner, CEO of Tierra Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL, who leads a specialized team of scientists and analysts. ADT employees had fun kicking off Pride Month, through our partnership with the Miami Marlins. ✨🏳️🌈    Members of our LGBTQ+ Business Employee Resource Group attended the Pride at the Park game.
