In 2019, major wireless carriers announced they would shut down their 3G networks by the end of 2022 to build out 5G coverage. This impacted the majority of ADT’s customers – about 3.6 million of them – who relied on equipment that used 3G networks to communicate with our monitoring centers. It was a labor intensive, time sensitive task.     So how did we do it? We’re sharing with you the lessons we learned along the way and the extraordinary effort that changed ADT for the better. ADT employees had fun kicking off Pride Month, through our partnership with the Miami Marlins. ✨🏳️🌈    Members of our LGBTQ+ Business Employee Resource Group attended the Pride at the Park game. In addition to cheering on the Marlins, they built connections and celebrated our diverse community. "The LGBTQ+ BERG provides opportunities to engage and educate for a better ADT," said Melissa Stone, IT Specialist at ADT.    June is a time of celebration and reflection, honoring the vibrant history and ongoing journey toward equality for the LGBTQ+ community.
