"3 ways to win your day" A winning day is built upon three fundamental pillars: Physical wins, Productivity wins, and Life wins. Each pillar represents a vital aspect of our well-being, and by focusing on all three, we can unlock our full potential. Physical wins encompass activities that nourish our bodies and minds, such as exercise, movement, and sports. Productivity wins involve tackling challenging tasks, completing our to-do lists, and making progress towards our goals. Life wins, often overlooked but equally important, include cherished moments with loved ones, reading, nourishing meals, and restful sleep. By incorporating activities from each pillar into our days, we create a virtuous cycle of well-being that fuels our success. Prioritizing physical health enhances our energy and focus, enabling us to tackle work with greater efficiency and creativity. Completing meaningful tasks not only propels us towards our goals but also instills a sense of accomplishment that boosts our mood and overall life satisfaction. And investing in personal relationships, self-care, and relaxation replenishes our spirits, preparing us for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. I like it, but I would add a moral win somewhere. "Choosing to be kind, helping others, choosing honesty" otherwise none of the other wins helps in the greater scope of things.

Addy Osmani, this is a brilliant framework for approaching our days! I love the idea of focusing on wins in all three areas - physical, productivity, and life. It's a holistic approach to well-being that I'm definitely going to adopt. The visual representation of the "3 Ways to Win Your Day" is also super helpful. Thanks for sharing this inspiring message!

A disbalancr of these 3 works for a while but it doesn’t work longterm. I put productivity wins above everything else for many years and it’s great to solve big challenges and make big wins. But it’s only one piece. I am working on balancing the 3 way more for myself and it helps a lot.

I love this! When I think of what an ideal day looks like, it definitely has at least one win from each pillar. It's a simple framework but it's super effective. Thanks for sharing, Addy! 🙏

For me "doing the hard thing" is THE booster for feeling good about my day. It's so hard, though 😂

While balancing them, giving more focus to one area will affect the other two. I personally would add religion if you are one of those who believes in higher power.
