Hale International are partnered with an industry leader who have recently implemented Workday and are in the process of growing out their internal Workday team.
This organization offers the chance to gain global experience, as well as the opportunity to become an integral member of a HRIS team that will continue to grow. The Workday Security Analyst will play a key part in communicating with key stakeholders as they configure and administer their internal Workday Security set up & procedures.
Responsibilities:
Bring a strong knowledge of Workday Security to the organization from both a configuration and administration perspective
Work with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement Security recommendations in accordance with best practice
Configure and administer Workday Security to a high level
Work closely with the organizations’ managed services team to establish a clear understanding of each other’s responsibilities
Must haves:
At least 2+ years of hands-on Workday Security experience from both a configuration and administration perspective
Strong communication skills in order to gather requirements, recommend solutions and then implement those suggestions.
Strong Workday Reporting skills
An understanding of SOX Auditing
An understanding of how to create integration user accounts
Be able to suggest and analyse opportunities to improve the current Workday Security setup
Be comfortable and committed to working Eastern hours
