Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Business Development with a robust background in US provider sales to lead our strategic growth initiatives in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record in business development, sales, and partnerships within the healthcare technology sector. While a specific background in oncology sales is not mandatory, it would be a significant advantage.


Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand Qure AI's presence in the US healthcare market, with a focus on oncology.
  2. Identify and assess new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders.


Market Research and Analysis:

  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the healthcare AI and oncology sectors.
  2. Leverage insights to tailor Qure AI’s value proposition and differentiate our offerings in the market.


Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, research institutions, and other healthcare organizations.
  2. Drive the acquisition of new clients and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. •


Sales and Revenue Growth:

  1. Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue targets, including developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.


Product Development and Positioning:

  1. Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that Qure AI’s solutions meet the needs of the oncology market.
  2. Provide market feedback to guide product development and innovation.


Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:

  1. Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  2. Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise the company on potential impacts.


Skills and Expertise

Educational Background:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MD, or equivalent) is preferred.


Experience:

  1. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry.
  2. Proven track record at independently closing large size deals in the healthcare technology sector, particularly in AI or medical imaging solutions.
  3. Extensive knowledge and experience in oncology and regulatory requirements, with a strong network of contacts in hospital systems


Skills and Competencies:

  1. Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  2. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in the US.
