Role Overview
As a Vice President in Asset Management with our prominent private credit investment firm in New York City, you will be responsible for enhancing the post-investment management of our diverse portfolio of companies. Your role will involve overseeing the lifecycle of investments from deal closure to exit while building effective relationships with portfolio company management teams.

Role Overview
As a Vice President in Asset Management with our prominent private credit investment firm in New York City, you will be responsible for enhancing the post-investment management of our diverse portfolio of companies. Your role will involve overseeing the lifecycle of investments from deal closure to exit while building effective relationships with portfolio company management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage restructuring processes, oversee liquidations, and turnarounds.
- Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with portfolio company executives to understand and support their operational goals.
- Respond swiftly to covenant breaches or defaults by creating and implementing comprehensive solutions.
- Conduct thorough operational due diligence and establish reporting frameworks.
- Monitor compliance with loan covenants, providing regular updates to the Investment Committee.
- Communicate insights effectively across various levels within the firm.
- Contribute to sector intelligence and support monitoring efforts and new deal executions.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate restructuring, private credit, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in managing restructurings, workouts, and crisis scenarios.
- Track record in financial operations, with skills in negotiations and crisis management.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel for financial and operational models.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or Sciences.
- Advanced degrees such as an MBA or CFA are highly regarded.
