WHAT WE’LL NEED

The Systems Analyst – MarTech is a key member of the digital team responsible for managing the integrations of systems across our customer technology and ecommerce stacks. A great Systems Analyst has strong technical skills and the ability to collaborative cross functionally to drive results for the business. Strong communication skills are also a must. This person operates with accountability, transparency, and passion for building and maintaining and innovative customer technology solution. This role will be based in the GSC.

• This role will focus on delivering and supporting IT solutions within the MarTech stack that optimize processes and align with organizational goals.
• Expertise will be crucial in establishing seamless connectivity, accurate data flow, and secure transaction tracking. Through optimizations, they will enhance the effectiveness of the MarTech stack driving customer engagement, marketing, and providing valuable insights for future marketing strategies.
• Interface with our products, technical partners, and vendors to facilitate meetings for business requirements gathering, technical requirements definition, integration specification updates, data process flows, and articulate dependencies.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations with various marketing platforms including customer data platforms (CDP), loyal platforms, and marketing clouds,
• Develop and oversee data flows, data mappings, and support data migration between platforms.
• Create and execute end to end test plans of integrated systems.
• Work closely with Marketing and offer management business teams and IT architects to understand requirements and technical specifications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements specifications (SRS), technical design specifications, architecture documents, flowcharts, and deployment plans.
• Share in accountability and responsiveness for monitoring, troubleshooting and ensuring uptime of the consumer-impacting MarTech Platforms and integrations.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science or engineering
• Certifications in IT or Technology a plus
• 2-5 years of relevant IT experience
• Experience managing a multi-system technology stack with a focus on integrations a plus. Experience working with large sets of customer data with the use of SQL a plus.
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technology and business stakeholders
