Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement using RPA, APIs, and lean practices.
  • Design, develop, and implement technology solutions to optimize banking operations.
  • Ensure the integrity, security, and performance of systems and applications.
  • Provide training and support to users on new technologies and processes.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and projects.
  • Utilize RPA and APIs and lean practices to automate manual tasks and streamline processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process standardization and optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and address inefficiencies.

Non-Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Train employees and management in I.T. usage and implementation.
  • Write knowledge base articles and documentation.
  • Manage projects and initiatives as assigned by the management.
  • Make internal department or branch visits for trainings and/or meetings.

Qualifications Required

(Required education may be satisfied by experience and/or working knowledge)

  • Associate’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
  • Two years’ experience in a relatable field or job functions.

Physical Requirements And Working Conditions

Sitting for extended periods of time, requires close visual acuity and the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment including copy machine, telephone, scanner or other basic business equipment. Driver’s License and travel required as needed. Periodically required to perform manual work, lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Able to work after hours regularly for maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate computer related equipment and components.

Qualifications Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
  • Four years’ experience in a relatable field or job functions.
  • Analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
  • SQL or Excel skills.
