Roles And Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including system specifications, user manuals, and technical diagrams.
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Systems Analyst) a plus.
Proven experience (X years) as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Solid knowledge of business analysis techniques, requirements elicitation, and process modeling.
Experience with system design, architecture, and integration techniques.
Proficiency in analyzing and querying databases (SQL, etc.) and familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
