Job Overview
Join our team as a Senior Manager focusing on Sourcing and Merger & Acquisition (M&A) activities. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives within our Supply Chain Management (SCM) department. Your primary responsibility will be to lead comprehensive analyses and integration plans for potential acquisitions and divestitures. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize synergies and deliver significant value to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis of acquisition targets, assessing spend data, supplier relationships, and operational structures.
Develop integration plans and synergy capture strategies, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance.
Lead change management efforts, including organizational structure adjustments and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor and report on the progress of integration activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within sourcing and procurement processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 12 years of experience; alternatively, a combination of education and experience.
Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, and M&A integration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of driving results in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Previous experience in the telecommunications industry or other relevant sectors.
