Who you are:You have 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS B2B or B2B2C technology company.You are skilled in building relationships and closing deals with customers.You are an excellent communicator and negotiator, able to present our software and its benefits effectively.You are organized and able to manage your sales pipeline efficiently.You are a team player, collaborating with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure success.You are comfortable and confident presenting your ideas and thoughts to teammates and company owners alike.You will work at our HQ in downtown Indianapolis. Your new office is waiting!What you'll do:Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers, conducting product demos and negotiating contracts.Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create tailored sales strategies.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Maintain a deep understanding of our software and its features, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and feature requests.Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding process and high customer satisfaction.Represent the Upper Hand brand with the utmost level of professionalism and integrity.What else?Competitive base compensationCommission based on performanceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401K and other benefitsUnlimited coffee and awesome snacks
