Position Summary:
This position will report to the Executive Director of Digital Marketing, a part of the Trulieve Marketing department. This role will lead thought leadership, strategy, guidance and execution on eCommerce on Trulieve on www.Trulieve.com. This role is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to maintain/increase online sales, improve CX across UX/UI, and analyzing customer behavior, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
This role will also oversee a team that manages CMS, online product catalogs, pricing and promotions. This role will oversee the Digital Marketing Manager, and Digital Marketing Specialists. While working alongside marketing leadership, and the creative, IT, and technology teams. We are looking for candidates with a strong expertise in mobile-first strategies, data interpretation, and uses an innovative approach to increase customer/consumer traffic.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategy and overseeing mobile-first execution across the design and development of the website of www.Trulieve.com – CMS and eCommerce
Manage the eCommerce Marketing and oversee the Web Content- team(s). Supervising all activities, product developments, progress monitoring, schedules, and timescales.
Collaborate with departments cross-functionally to establish a fundamental bridge of understanding: Sprints, Analytics, Insights, Reporting, and Roadmaps.
Maintain the managing teams day-to-day execution of promotions, daily deals, product pricing catalogs, campaign launches, and CMS uploads.
Oversee and work closely with all related vendors across eCommerce, CMS, SEO and Code pushes.
Lead POC on QA/QC deployments across ecommerce, CMS and strategy- unifying all markets nationally alongside budgeting.
Research and formulates ways to optimize user experience with a mobile-first approach, driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
Own the look, feel and design of the Trulieve website, working closely with all web design agencies and in-house development teams to get the right interface and to ensure the customer journey is intact.
Oversee monthly/ quarterly/ annual roadmaps – Go live, GTM, Roll outs, Upgrades, enhancements, keyword Strategy.
Required: 5+ years of eCommerce managerial experience
Required Technology proficiency: Enterprise CX/UX/UI, CMS, PowerBI, AEM, CRM, eCommerce, GA, GTM or similar
A/B Testing: ability to design and execute effective split tests
Analytics: ability to analyze data and interpret insights
SEO: understanding of search engine optimization and best practices
Project Management: ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Belief in relationship building and working as part of a team to achieve goals/results
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
Flexibility of hours – nights and weekends
WORK SCHEDULE:
Full-time with flexible hours depending on business needs.
Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
