Senior Development Manager

Our client is looking for a Senior Development Manager to be ONSITE in their expanding Houston offices. Our client owns, develops, and manages mid-to-large-scale Class A retail shopping centers with a consistent and aggressive development, redevelopment, and acquisition program.

The Site Development Manager will have oversite of reviewing retail anchor tenant work letters and leases to ensure accuracy of development and construction related language; entitlements; constructability design/value Engineering Reviews; Proforma Development; Understanding of Budgeting and Scheduling Development ; Civil, and A&E Consultant Management; and Support Acquisition Team​​​​​​​. The culture is fun and fast paced with project size that ranges from $ 7 to over $100 million total project cost.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

· Review Retail Anchor Tenant Work Letters and Leases to Ensure Accuracy of Development and Construction Related Language

· Entitlements

· Constructability Design/Value Engineering Reviews

· Proforma Development

· Understanding of Budgeting and Scheduling Development

· Civil, and A&E Consultant Management

· Support Acquisition Team
