Senior Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to a Seed stage, SaaS Startup and play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing relationships with our core customers worldwide.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers throughout all lifecycle stages, from initial onboarding to long-term partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible customer experience, identify customer pain points, and develop solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.

Senior Customer Success Manager

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers throughout all lifecycle stages, from initial onboarding to long-term partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible customer experience, identify customer pain points, and develop solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with key customers across the world and in multiple time zones.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure customer retention and identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively monitor customer activity and prepare reports/analytics to exceed business KPIs.
- Customer Experience:
- Identify customer pain points and collaborate with internal teams (business, ops, product, R&D) to prioritize and implement solutions.
- Help define and manage internal processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in the FinTech and / or Global Supply Chain industry is REQUIRED.
- Ability to execute on upsells, renewals and conducting QBR's.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management position.
- Tech-savvy with experience using online platforms and CRMs.
- A detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a strong business acumen.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Knowledge of global trade, finance are a big plus.
