Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Automated Testing Analyst to join our team! The Senior Automated Testing Analyst will focus on the implementation of the automated testing applications and implementation of processes for C5MI clients. This role will be responsible for analyzing complex systems, identifying issues, proposing effective solutions and in addition may be required to lead testing teams or manage testing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implements automated testing across project teams, leveraging the Tricentis suite of tools.
  • Creates, runs, modifies test scripts, and resolves or facilitates resolution of test script issues.
  • Understands customer business objectives and assists with aligning the deliverables accordingly.
  • Trains individuals and large groups in large-scale production settings.
  • Provides guidance, training, and mentoring to implement automated testing across project teams.
  • Explains and showcases how to use the software in a reusable and optimal way.
  • Describes complex technical concepts in a way that makes them easily understandable, digestible, and relatable.
  • Creates and delivers engaging and effective training collateral, ensuring customer delight and understanding.
  • Effectively troubleshoots questions and issues with the automated testing line of service.
  • Provides documentation and resources for business requirements, results, process flows, and best practices.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field.
  • 6+ years in a customer engagement role (required) and with hands-on experience with SAP Configuration and/or Development (desired).
  • 2+ years of experience with a suite of automated testing tools.
  • Experience with analytics and an understanding of metrics and KPIs (as defined).
  • Certification in Tricentis tools such as Tosca, LiveCompare, qTest, etc. desired.
  • Experience in planning and delivering training courses to customers.
  • Active government security clearance desired.
  • Experience working with the Department of Defense or other Federal agencies desired.

  • Tricentis LiveCompare and Data Integrity (DI)
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills including creative thinking and a willingness to work hands-on to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Strong technical skills – working knowledge of C# and/or VB, data modeling, SQL creation and usage, QA experience with SDLC processes, etc.
  • Customer-centric thinking.
  • Strong cross-functional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand the pros and cons of different options and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements, technologies, and business needs.
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior team members on integration best practices and skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality.
