Responsibilities Include
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CRO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and completing expense reports.
- Sales Engagement: Actively engage with customers and prospects to set up client meetings, follow up on sales leads, and support the sales process. Your contribution will directly impact our sales success.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is up-to-date.
- Project Management: Take on special projects related to sales and marketing, demonstrating initiative and the ability to drive results.
- Financial Reporting: Tracking our success is incredibly important. This role will leverage our CRM and internal communication tools to track customer engagements as well as pipeline growth and health and report on these data to senior leaders with strategic insights.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a sales role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Technical Acumen in Cybersecurity or Supply Chain Risk Management
- Advanced experience with Salesforce
- Data Analysis and Reporting skills - education or experience
- Project Management experience
- Executive Assistant experience
- Sales experience
- Federal Government, US Military service or Critical Infrastructure experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience is required.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
