SAP SuccessFactors functional analyst
Type: 6 months contract

Notes
- Project: SuccessFactors Performance and Growth + Compensation Rollout
- We will implement the global template for 3 modules: SF Employee Central, Performance and Growth, and Compensation.
- We will organize the project in 2 phases of 3 months.
- Phase 1 (April to June): implement SF Employee Central and migrate employee master data. This phase will be supported fully by internal resources.
- Phase 2 (July to October): implement SF P&G and Compensation modules.
- For this phase, we are looking for a consultant.
- The technical tasks (system setup) will be done by the global HRIT team, but we would like to have a resource on site (Canada) to be the liaison between business and the global HRIT team.
Responsibilities
- Main liaison between business (HR) and IT Delivery Team (global HRIT team based in Germany and Spain)
- Rollout global SF template for SF PG&M and Compensation
- Conduct fit/gap analysis between HR processes and SF Global template
- Identify opportunities to improve global template and HR business process performance
- Design integrations between SuccessFactors and Payroll system (external)
- Coordinate test effort between IT delivery team and testers (HR users)
- Conduct end-user training on P&G processes using global training material
- On-site support for SFEC and P&G processes during hypercare
- Proven experience in SF rollouts
- Proven experience in SF performance and growth and compensation modules
- Proven experience in other SF modules is preferred: employee central, onboarding, offboarding.
- Experience in global projects: report progress to off-site project management
- Customer facing experience (training end users)
- Preferably located in Toronto, CA. Or willing to travel 20% of the assignment.
