Job Description: As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and continuously seeking to improve our recruiting process. We are looking for candidates in EST and CST time zones.

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling candidate interviews
  • Coordinate pre/post huddles for virtual onsite interviews
  • Build relationships with hiring managers & teams across departments to facilitate communication and coordinate efficiently
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience during the recruiting process
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees & candidates
  • Provide weekly reports and collaborate with hiring teams
  • Support Talent team with projects assigned by manager
  • Support the Recruiting team in Mexico

To be successful in this role, the Recruiting Coordinator will support the continuous improvement of the candidate experience.

Interview Process: 30-min screen with tenured coordinator on Recruiting team followed by two 30-min onsite sessions (one with hiring manager and the other with another recruiter on team)
