Quality Assurance Specialist

Perform quality checks daily to provide ongoing recommendations for the overall improvement and health of our quality programs.

• Work closely with all levels of the production chain to verify that all key performance indicators are being met to their standards.

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision. This will seldomly require the individual to complete sudden or last-minute tasks under short time constraints.

• The position will require the ability to carry out defined procedures with specific instructions under pressure.

• Assist in trainings and/or help employees with their work functions.

• Must demonstrate initiative and leadership.

• Must be able to communicate effectively; strong verbal and written communication skills highly desired.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Physical ability to carry and lift up to 25-50 pounds

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Work flexible hours, days, and holidays, as needed.
