Property Administrator
Our Property Administrator works closely with the management team to assist in the daily operations of the property. The PA is a collaborative team player that plays an active role in creating an enjoyable environment for both employees and residents on site.

- Assist in the daily operations of the property by efficiently communicating with prospective and existing residents in a timely manner.
- Cover welcome desk during Resident Coordinator breaks and during busy periods.
- Assist with retrieving and logging out packages from Amazon Locker.
- Answer phone calls and manage the property e-mail inbox.
- Assist residents with all requests in a timely manner.
- Be available to assist residents with:
- Ledgers + payment
- Work orders in Entrata
- Move in/out/transfer processes
- Package + mail inquiries
- Amenity spaces/kitchen rental
- Setting up and fixing apps
- Ensure Entrata is up to date with all resident information.
- Conduct audits such as:
- Storage
- Bike
- Ledgers
- Create and maintain spreadsheet trackers.
- Assist with A/R and reaching out to past residents that have a balance i.e. payment plans if needed or send to collections.
- Coordinate "permission to enter' as needed for work orders and help maintenance with any requests.
- Coordinate and work with security when residents have complaints.
- Assist in Leasing as needed.
- Handle the move in/out process for all residents.
- Scan checks such as:
- Affordable
- Rent
- Electric
- Work closely with leaders to execute on-site events.
- Assist with other projects that Management assigns.
- Ability to communication effectively verbally and via e-mail
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and stay organized
- Desire to coach and development team members
- Proficiency in software systems relating to property management and or related industries
