New Management Assignment - Bridgewater Court We are excited to announce that we are now managing Bridgewater Court Apartments, a unique "execu-stay" hotel conversion project, in Bridgewater, NJ that has recently started leasing. Totaling 128 units, located right off Route 287, near the Bridgewater Mall, Bridgewater Court has both one and two-bedroom market rate units and a mix of 40 affordable units for lease. The apartments have updated design details, open kitchens, and marble bathrooms.
