What You’ll Do …

- Manage projects to include leading full lifecycle projects and search engagements using M.E.T.’s established weekly process and manage execution with high standards.

- Be responsible for high quality deliverables, established weekly process follow-through, and effective client and candidate interactions.

- Identify, engage, and advocate for prospects that meet the specific needs of our clients.

- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with our current clientele and engage future clients through business development efforts.

- Use different research approaches to learn and become astute in diverse, and at times complex, roles and industries.

- Collaborate with fellow M.E.T. team members to develop tailored candidate sourcing, outreach, and engagement strategies and to support one another across search engagements.

- Provide a positive and effective experience for our clients through open communication, expectation setting, and adaptability.

- Use a variety of provided technologies and tools to support efforts in searching for qualified candidates.

*Note* M.E.T. will help set you up for success by providing all necessary process training and software programs to help you work effectively and efficiently.

Who You Are …

You may be the right fit for our Project Manager/Search Consultant position, if you are accountable, process-oriented and passionate about providing a signature client and candidate experience; taking pride in delivering premium quality; and enjoying the challenges associated with creative problem-solving. This opportunity is open to experienced professionals located in VA, NH, or VT who meet the following requirements:

- Possess a ‘beginner’s mindset’ with a desire to learn, develop, and improve each day

- 7+ years’ professional experience involving project management and stakeholder engagement; exposure to talent acquisition involving passive candidate recruitment a plus

- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience

- Excellent time management skills with experience or interest in adhering to a ‘focused time-management’ routine (e.g. experience with Agile, Pomodoro Technique, etc preferred) as required for M.E.T.'s remote work

- Confident and industrious individual who works well independently, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines

- A keen eye for detail and advanced organizational skills

- Superior communication and relationship-building skills coupled with a keen ability to listen

- Proficient in Office suite, Google Workspace, and online research with ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings through web conferencing technology

- Demonstrated reliable and fast internet during working hours (checked using www.speedtest.net) & home-office established that’s proven to lack distractions, required for focused work during business hours
