We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of the M.E.T. Consulting team, Kim Gunst Prado, who has joined us as a Senior Search Engagement Consultant. Kim brings over a decade of experience in supporting and leading the strategic recruitment of executive and professional-level roles in all industries and across multiple functions, including accounting & finance, human resources, operations, marketing, and sales & business development. During her career, Kim has advised clients on recruitment best practices, market conditions, and challenges during the hiring process. She is adept in managing the entire talent acquisition process from initial discussions identifying the role to marketing, sourcing, and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and negotiating and closing the position. M.E.T.’s specialized approach to hiring allows Kim to source and engage qualified candidates who aren’t currently looking for work and provide unique visibility into our workflows and candidate pipelines. Kim’s ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with clients, and serve as a liaison between companies and candidates contributes to her ability to make the best matches for long-term success. #chooseMET
