Job Description

Multiple Production Lead Openings!

Experience: Minimum two years of lead experience in a fast paced warehouse environment. Provide instructions and leadership to a workforce that is made up of 90% temporary workers. Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, drawings and BOM in English. Communicate clearly and train assembly staff.

Job Scope: Assist Operations Manager by providing leadership and instructions to entire production line. Assist production’s overall objective to ensure that all products produced meets company quality standards and is completed on time and in an efficient manner. Able to operate all equipment to achieve daily production goals.

Ability to plan, train and communicate effectively.
