Summary

Andersen's HR Service center is seeking a Organization & People Analytics Manager to lead our HR reporting an analytics team. This role is tasked with leading a team of analyst who are charged with creating robust strategies and tactics that improve reporting and analytics availability, with a focus on standardization and key decision making. This role will also ensure data and analytics quality while balancing accessibility and confidential as well as building a foundational analytical capability across HR.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a comprehensive HR data and analytics strategy that drives data-driven decision-making across the organization .
  • Create and implement a roadmap to achieve the identified strategy and organizational goals
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into insights and actionable solutions
  • Build advanced analytics and predictive modeling frameworks that support talent and organization strategies, understanding trends of implications .
  • Collaborate with leaders/stakeholders to create and improvement standard reports and dashboards that enable decision-making of Business HR, COE, and Business Leader.
  • Communicate insights in an easy to understand, clear, and actionable manner
  • Build capability across the HR organization by leading a community of talent that has analytics and reporting as part of their responsibilities
  • Leads Reporting and Analytics team
  • Ensures that human resource practices are consistent with the enterprise’s human resource philosophy and strategies.
  • Selects and develops a high performing HR Reporting & Analytics Team.
  • Plans and manages the Human Resources budget for their area

Must Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in applicable analytics and reporting experience for Human Resources.
  • Experience working and leading in a highly matrix organization required.
  • Experience managing teams
  • Acute analytical skills with proficiency in data cleaning, data manipulation, data visualization and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as PowerBI, and Tableau ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with HR information systems.
  • Strong communication and presentations skill with an ability to explain the data and insight to key stakeholders in a digestible format.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, as well as global and local compliance requirements

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4k for each eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
