Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Mid Level System Analyst with a passion for releasing high quality software through iterative software development practices. Responsibilities:
Responsible for analysis of the current business and technical process, identify system interfaces and dependencies, and document process and system flows
Collaborate extensively with the squads within the domain as well as across business and technology teams in other domains
Consult with other business and technical partners to make system impact assessment, identify dependencies and sequencing of work
Need to gain deep understanding of the existing applications
Have the opportunity to share your technical knowledge to help strengthen our engineering community and further pursue your own learning of data and the communications space
Requirements
6+ years of Systems Analyst experience
Love working with data
Confident in your SQL skills
Experience working in a web development environment
Ability to work as across many squads for requirements gathering and understanding
Proven experience in Systems Analysis and deep understanding of the software life cycle stages
Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop people and teams
Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills including written, verbal, and technology illustrations
Moderate analysis expertise of end-to-end processes, leveraging tools and techniques for presenting and analyzing data including, rest API technologies, SQL, JSON, Postman/Insomnia
Proven expertise and passion for delivering complex technology solutions and achieving results
Expertise in defining test cases at the right level of detail and define test cases and ensure acceptance criteria matches real business value - i.e., ensure we are testing the right things
Passionate about engineering excellence, innovation, and empowerment
Aptitude and eagerness to learn new domain
Demonstrated experience with Snowflake is a nice to have
Understanding of communication business is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
