An exceptional Medical Device company is looking for an Outside Sales Representative / Account Executive / Territory Manager to join their talented sales team. As a vital member of their organization, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling their exciting medical device to hospitals, surgeons, and operating rooms within your designated territory.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to highlight the benefits and features of our medical device.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide market feedback, identify customer needs, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our medical device in the market.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network, build relationships, and generate leads.


Qualifications

  • Experience selling to surgeons and working in the operating room
  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales, specifically in selling to hospitals
  • In-depth understanding of the local market and strong connections within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine and personable approach.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
