Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is the main point of contact between the buyer, client, and participating third parties. The job includes overseeing documentation, tracking shipments, contacting forwarders and ocean carriers, and working with local truckers to ensure all cargo/product is delivered timely and in good condition.

Duration: 12 Months

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Solve day-to-day problems that arise between clients, buyers, and LSP's.

Reporting and monitoring daily and weekly status of shipments

Manage and maintain positive relationships with carriers, forwarders, and truckers.

Oversee daily operation of air forwarders, and truckers.

Conduct weekly presentations with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cooperate with the pricing team for yearly RFQ

Irregularity shipment management.

Resolve issues that occur with custom teams.

Create daily/weekly reports

Qualifications:

Colleague degree prefer

1 year in logistic-related

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Inventory management skills.

Adapt to any environment and fast-learner.

Preferred Bilingual Korean
