Lease Analyst (Commercial Experience Required)

Our client is looking for a Commercial Lease Administrator to join their team!

Located in Northern Virginia – the client will be back in office full-time, eligible for telework one day per week after a 90 day probationary period

Compensation: $70000 - $85000 / year (depending on experience) + bonus & benefits

Responsibilities
  • Perform commercial lease abstracting
  • Understand lease payments including CAM, taxes, insurance obligations
  • Work with tenants
  • Process leases from start to finish
  • Deal with operating expense reconciliations
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 4+ years Commercial Lease experience
  • Lease abstracting
  • Excel, MRI & Yardi experience
