The Learning Specialist ensures the successful execution of Newfold Digital’s best-in-class training programs. Activities include extensive session facilitation, monitoring training content for quality and accuracy, and coordinating diverse learning activities. The ideal candidate has in-depth practical knowledge of commonly used learning concepts, practices, systems and procedures.

The Learning Specialist ensures the successful execution of Newfold Digital’s best-in-class training programs. Activities include extensive session facilitation, monitoring training content for quality and accuracy, and coordinating diverse learning activities. The ideal candidate has in-depth practical knowledge of commonly used learning concepts, practices, systems and procedures.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
- Work closely with Sales and Operational Leadership to facilitate new hire, product/process/systems updates and continued education programs.
- Supervise participants during training by tracking attendance, managing the learning event and assessing knowledge and skill.
- Contribute to an ongoing content review process and recommend program enhancements based on learner needs, departmental goals and organizational changes, while ensuring consistency across sites and programs.
- Evaluate learning, document performance and report on the overall effectiveness of training initiatives as well as individual performance.
- Stay current with all sales processes, systems, products, policies and general knowledge by attending all provided training, reviewing all agent resources and materials.
- Execute all aspects of training sessions, including partnering with stakeholders, booking rooms and resources, communicating the schedule to business partners and sending invitations to participants.
- Demonstrated passion and knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Strong virtual facilitation and classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated experience providing a high level of customer service to varying levels in an organization both internally and externally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating a high level of diplomacy.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt rapidly to change and successfully manage multiple projects.
- Ability to effectively consult, build relationships, and work collaboratively with different departments across sites and management levels.
- High degree of organization, detail-oriented, time management and project management skills.
- Results oriented with a strong sense of teamwork and positive attitude.
- Strong computer competence and familiarity with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
- 2- 3 years proven success in a corporate learning environment (preferred).
- 2- 3 years sales experience (preferred).
- Meet the minimum qualifications for the role.
- Employees in hourly roles must be in their current position for at least six months. Employees in salaried roles must be in their current position for a minimum of one year.
- Requires manager approval to apply.
- Currently not on a Disciplinary Action Warning.
