The L&D Training Specialist will collaborate across different teams and functions to identify training needs, create engaging and relevant content, and facilitate training sessions. This role is critical in ensuring our leaders and team members have the skills and knowledge to sustain exceptional performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
- Needs Assessment: Collaborate across functions to identify skill gaps and development needs throughout the organization.
- Curriculum Development: Create and update Peak Support internal training programs and materials, ensuring they align with our values and goals.
- Facilitation: Lead our internal trainings, workshops, and follow-up sessions such as new hire onboarding, leadership training, process trainings, etc.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Collect feedback from participants and managers to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Leadership Development Initiatives: Collaborate across functions to implement leadership development initiatives and succession planning strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and training outcomes through tracking and post-training reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate the latest leadership development trends into our training programs.
- Complete alignment to the Peak Support Core Values.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of leadership principles, with the ability to translate theory into practical, actionable training.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to engage and inspire others.
- Great interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with team leaders and managers.
- Ability to adjust and customize training programs to diverse audiences and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in using training tools, learning management systems, and virtual training platforms.
