We pride ourselves on our vibrant, inclusive, and growth mindset oriented culture. Faro offers competitive compensation and benefits, generous vacation and parental leave, and flexible working hours. Remote employees work from home and visit the main office for group events and in-person collaboration.

As the Lead Product Manager for data and AI, you will occupy a key strategic and operational role within the company. Faro Health is a data driven company, sourcing and ingesting a range of different clinical data sets and using machine learning models to provide analytical insights on a trial's costs, patient burden and a range of outcomes. We also use structured trial data to generate protocol documentation using large language models (LLMs), and to integrate with downstream clinical information systems. As Lead Data and AI Product Manager you will define the company's overall data and AI strategy, working with customers, executives, and our clinical team to identify analytical reporting needs and collaborating with our data team to source and onboard new data sets, as well as our AI engineering team to envision, design, and implement predictive models. Strategically you'll map out the end-to-end data reporting user journeys with our customers and clinical team, identify pain points, distill user requirements, and own our product roadmap for data analytics. Operationally you will lead a cross-functional team to design and launch data and AI driven features that deliver real business value in terms of optimizing trial design through key data insights, integrating with other clinical systems, and making it easier to onboard clinical trials into Faro's platform.
