IT Support Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Analyst to join their team!

The IT Support Analyst position is responsible for ensuring team member satisfaction by providing technical support via telephone, email, and personal interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Ticketing experience (ServiceNow or similar)
• Ensure end user satisfaction through effective communication and first-time resolution
• The ability to offer onsite and remote IT support
• Collaborates with other IT teams to identify ways to increase support response time and end user satisfaction
• Hardware and software installations and upgrades
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (relevant work experience may be substituted for degree)
• 2+ years of experience in IT Support position
• Hardware and software troubleshooting experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Other Information:

• Long term contract with potential to convert
• Onsite for the first few weeks for training then fully remote
• The Service Desk is staffed 6am-11pm 7 days a week so schedule flexibility is a must (must be willing to work evenings and weekends)
