Job Title: IT infrastructure operations Manager/shift Lead

Location: Plano TX- onsite

Duration: Contract/Full time

Experience level : 10+ yrs

  • Minimum 10 years of experience IT infrastructure operations for a large enterprise
  • Experience building, managing and reporting Shift’s. Ability to support any given shift based on rotation roaster
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Middleware, Database, Active Directory, networking concepts, security principles, and devops practices
  • Ability to manage by influence (e.g., matrix management, vendor management, partnering with shared services teams)
  • Experience with AWS and VMware based data center environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage in a changing environment
  • Ability to understand the technologies and the business drivers and communicate clearly to the implementation teams and the business
