IT Business Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Newark, DE. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst
• Advanced problem-solving skills, the willingness to learn, and ability to effectively and concisely communicate verbally and in written/presentation format
• Works well in a supportive and transparent team environment, while having the ability to research and resolve issues independently
• Good communication skills and the ability to engage and influence teams across technology and the business
• Experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology
• Requirements gathering into Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios
• Knowledge of SQL (writing queries)
  
  

Desired Skills:

• Financial Services/Banking industry experience
• Fraud Detection, Prevention, Servicing, and/or claims experience
  
  

Pay Range: $43.56-$51.56
