Influencer and Community Manager
Mada is an A.I. powered styling and marketplace app redesigning E-commerce. We curate, personalize, and simplify online shopping for the modern consumer by combining next-gen technology and world class styling.
We are looking for an Influencer and Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day influencer campaign strategy, building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant influencers, and growing/managing Mada’s community. You will play a key role in spreading brand awareness, and have the opportunity to wear many hats and be involved in all marketing efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about influencer/creator marketing, but wants to take part in all elements of branding and growing a modern brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee influencer campaigns for the Mada App and all Mada web properties
- Collaborate with marketing team to build, engage, and sustain Mada’s online and offline community
- Work independently and with an agency (leveraging tools & platforms) to do the following: identify brand-relevant influencers, initiate outreach, and build relationships with key branded influencers and partners
- Thoroughly vet potential influencers and their audiences to ensure brand fit and brand safety, and establish a robust influencer roaster for the brand
- Help plan and execute influencer/community activations and events that feel fresh, creative and authentic to the brand and it's followers
- Develop briefs & coach creators toward best-in-class brand-relevant content
- Review and approve influencer concepts & creative to ensure content alignment with strategies as well as brand standards, mission, and values.
- Monitor, manage, and report on performance of organic content, including both performance driven and awareness campaigns
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and all campaigns are successfully launched
- Partner closely with the founder and the Mada brand marketing team to leverage and develop integrated strategies for using influencers and creators

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of influencer and social media marketing
- Hands-on experience across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Ability to build and execute influencer strategies both with and without dependency on agencies
- Strong creative and strategic thinking, thriving in a self-starter environment
- Willingness to flex into other areas of marketing for the start-up as needed
