This Finance Director will serve as a liaison to accounts payable and payroll processes, providing support to managers and senior leaders across the ministries. The ideal Director of Finance candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study, along with over 5+ years of experience in a leadership role and experience in areas such as accounting, finance, healthcare, or compensation. Preferred qualifications for this position include a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, and professional affiliations such as HFMA or FACHE.
