Are you detail-oriented and good with numbers? Are you organized? Do you have 2+ years of accounting experience?

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented home bookkeeper to assist with financial management needs. The ideal candidate must have experience with QuickBooks and be comfortable working independently

  • Part-time = 4-5 hours per week.
  • $25/hour

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Prepare financial reports as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks
  • 2+ years' experience in Accounting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel/Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response
