Role Overview
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role as a Clinical Systems Analyst. In this role, you will focus on optimizing healthcare technology to improve patient outcomes, specifically within the geriatric care sector. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between clinical users and technology developers, ensuring that our products meet regulatory standards and enhance workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize your experience in nursing home workflows and CMS regulations to provide valuable insights to our product teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather clinical data and identify market needs for developing innovative solutions.
Create user-friendly mockups and workflows to enhance the overall user experience and facilitate prompt product releases.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatric care or long-term care settings.
Strong understanding of electronic health records (EHRs) and CMS compliance.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise collaboration tools.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
