GateSourceHR is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to join our clients team in Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transportation logistics contracts, overseeing the application of INCOTERM for cargo movement, coordinating with logistics providers, and ensuring efficient delivery to clients. This role also involves handling supplier payments, managing the organization's finances, maintaining banking relationships, processing payments, receiving credits, and securing financing. Additionally, the candidate will negotiate product prices and discounts with clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage transportation logistics contracts

Ensure timely delivery to clients

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of experience
Strong finance background
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
Knowledge of heavy equipment
Willingness to work in person in Miami
