Statistics unfortunately show that 30% of logistic workers reported suffering from some sort of mental health issue over the last year. Sadly, through no fault of their own, many of those who are suffering feel unable to speak out about their troubles and get the help they need. But, with the correct awareness and training, we can help those who are struggling to feel comfortable enough to speak out and discuss the issues their facing. Deciding how long interviews should last is a bit of a puzzle. On one side, shorter interviews save everyone time and keep things moving along smoothly. But if you rush through, you might miss out on important stuff about whether a candidate's the right fit for the job and the team. So, finding the sweet spot is key. Things like how complicated the job is, how many people you're interviewing, and what the company's priorities are all play into it. Plus, you've got to think about what's standard in your industry and what your competitors are doing. Ultimately, you want a process that's quick but still gives each candidate a fair shot.
