Description of LCAT - The Functional Area Analyst must have experience with the analysis of business, functional, technical, activities, and events. Analyst is responsible for working with users and customers to document and strategize for process improvements for current business processes (business process reengineering). Responsible for providing market research on conditions that impact the overall operational efficiency of an organization and identifying symptoms for process improvement.
Also FYI - The scope of the VA ITSM contract is to provide support for the modernization, implementation, and utilization of Service Management tools throughout the VA Enterprise from the Infrastructure Operations, Enterprise Service Management center of excellence. This includes Software Configuration, Design and Development, Testing, Integration, Modernization, Expansion, Customization, Implementation, Provisioning, Auditing, Administration, Release Management, Code Reviews and Operations & Maintenance Support services.
