We are looking for a highly qualified FP&A System Administrator as a key member of the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at a high-energy, growth environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, possess very good problem-solving skills and is a process-oriented individual who is also flexible and thrives in a demanding startup setting with a strong desire to exceed expectations and improve processes through automation.

Job Description

  • Oversee the design, modification and maintenance of the Anaplan system resident in the FP&A organization.
  • Partner with finance and business units to analyze and recommend effective solutions to meet business needs.
  • Advance the current implementation of Anaplan, improving the solution, finding efficiencies and enhancing reporting capabilities.
  • Drive scale by standardizing and improving methodologies across the model landscape, maintenance process and documentation.
  • Act as the in-house subject matter expert (SME) for Anaplan, championing adherence to best practices in Anaplan model building.
  • Advanced reporting writing skills.
  • Flexibility to support ad-hoc finance projects as needed.


Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Anaplan and overall administration requirements.
  • Certifications are valued.
  • Hands on experience with designing and supporting Anaplan solutions.
  • Functional and technical experience in maintaining metadata changes, data uploads, mapping tables, security and provisioning, troubleshooting in Anaplan.
  • Ability to leverage best practices from previous implementation experience and work on constant support and continuous enhancements.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite and SFDC
  • Understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional communication with active listening skill, and ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients and co-workers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $175,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base salary and certain positions may be offered additional variable incentives.
