Finance Associate

A Global Law Firm located in Boston, MA is seeking a Global Finance Associate Attorney to join their Corporate Trust Team in their Global Finance Practice Group. The attorney should have 2-4 years of experience in corporate, structured finance, real estate or commercial finance, securities, public finance or a combination of one or more of these practice areas. The attorney will be handling a variety of work ranging from new origination of collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and other asset-backed securities, corporate bonds, specialty finance to resolution of distressed transactions.

The skills the ideal candidate should possess include drafting and negotiation skills, strong financial and analytical skills and be able to work independently. The attorney should be able to have good rapport with clients. Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills and client services.
