Responsibilities

• Communicating professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues in order to minimize risk and exposure
• Providing superior customer support
• Contributing to Division or Firm process improvement activities.
• Balancing and reconciling of positions related to corporate action activity.
• Reconciliation of receivables and payables to ensure accurate client cash projections.
• Communication of uninstructed positions via phone call to clients.
• Communicate as part of a team to ensure superior client service.
• Participate in client presentations or calls.
• Identify problem items.
• Monitors and resolves any failed trades, cash movements, collateral settlements or corporate actions.
• Matches or identifies discrepancies of client’s trade economic details as compared to the client’s counterparty instruction.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
• Ability to communicate professionally with others in a team setting
• An aptitude for analytical thinking
• Self-Starter, proactive, and objective oriented
