In this one-year contract role, you'll leverage your expertise in electric operations to manage large-scale projects, mentor junior PMs, and contribute to optimizing resource allocation.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have
Solid experience: 8+ years in IT project management, with a focus on staffing or resource management.
Electric Operations Expertise: Proven experience in electric utility operations, including asset work management (distribution pole, transmission tower, substation).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP PM, SAP EAM, GIS, and project management methodologies (bonus points for PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, AUD, Estimating Tools, and Substation Design Suite).
Leadership: Experience mentoring junior PMs and supervising incumbent PMs on challenged projects.
Proven Track Record: Experience managing 30+ FTEs on a 12+ month project and delivering successful projects exceeding $5 million in labor costs.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in client satisfaction metrics, project statistical analysis, and variance analysis.
Project Management Certification: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
