Title: Epic Client System Administrator (ECSA)

Location: Remote

Start: ASAP (Likely Mid to end of June)

Duration: 6-12 Month contract (Possibility to convert but don’t have opening currently)

Important Skills

Technical – Certified ECSA; Mychart, Interconnect

Soft – good communication skills

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 5 yrs experience as a Certified Epic Client System Administrator
  • Mychart and Interconnect
  • Someone with a lot of custom API integrations and done development in house
  • Open. EPIC or showroom process and mapping those APIs

Day To Day

  • Looking for ancillary support – integrate with us. Almost 95 percent of the time in meetings. Need more bodies to be in meetings with so many integrations, don’t have enough people to sit in all the meetings.
  • troubleshooting, incident management, attending meetings, epic intergrations through FIRE, API and support of epic interconnect.
  • Don’t have time to train so need someone with at least 5 yrs exp. Not looking for people freshly
