Division Controller

In this Division Controller role, you will manage all aspects of a division's historical reporting, anticipatory budgeting and financial projections while acting as the liaison between the division and the corporate office when it comes to accounting and finance issues.

Division Controller Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for all banking activities and execute them in accordance with policies and procedures issued by corporate
• Responsible for the budgeting process and ensure that all budgets inputted reflect contractual or estimated contractural liabilities
• Oversee the preparation and reliability of all financial projections
• Responsible for month end close process and coordinate the closing of the divisions accounting books
• Oversee and supervise team of 2 accountents within division
• Coordinate and implement pricing strategy
  
  

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Division Controller Requirements

• 4+ years of accounting or controller experience within the residential construction or land development industries
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Experience reviewing and leading accounting operations and processes
• Ability to work cross functionally with teams across the organization
• Ability to lead a small team
• Bachelors Degree preferred
  
  

Compensation: $120k-$130k (+ annual bonus)
