About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of ISV Partnerships to take over and manage all ISV (Independent Software Vendor) relationships autonomously. This role involves a combination of partner management, sales attainment, and go-to-market (GTM) activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner enablement, recruitment, and the ability to work within a SaaS environment. This position offers a significant opportunity to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with ISV partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
Achieve sales attainment quotas through effective partnership strategies and opportunities.
Lead go-to-market initiatives, including joint events and collaborative workdays with ISVs.
Identify and recruit new partners, particularly in niche areas such as tax providers, payment gateways, ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday).
Provide strategic direction and support for partner enablement activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with business objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to increase partner referrals and opportunities.
Regularly report on partnership performance and provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving partner success.
Strong experience in partner enablement and recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with ERP systems and a background in fintech is a plus.
