The Role
As a key member of our team, you will step into the role of Vice President - Asset Management. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing relationships with various portfolio companies from the initial deal phase to exit strategies. Your strategic insights and financial expertise will be essential in fostering growth and optimizing returns for our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Management:
Lead restructurings, liquidations, turnarounds, and crises management.
Manage post-investment relationships with multiple portfolio companies.
Operational Collaboration:
Collaborate with company executives to achieve operational milestones.
Identify and propose solutions during covenant breach or default scenarios.
Performance Evaluation:
Conduct operational diligence and establish key performance indicators for portfolio companies.
Prepare and deliver portfolio updates and presentations for our Investment Committee.
Communication and Development:
Effectively communicate findings and analyses to the team and senior management.
Develop sector intelligence to support ongoing monitoring and new deal execution.
